08. »Passion HF« – UI/UX App Design
This is a mobile eHealth app for patients with Heart Failure condition. I worked on planning the usability of the interface together with the team at Nurogames, and the complete visual design.
The project is still on test phase.
This eHealth interface shows the user daily information about diet and exercises, so I designed all that information in small and easy to understand infographics, making the app accesible for elderly patients as well.
The mainly goal is engaging the user to raise medication adherence. Medication non adherence is a big problem in HF patients. With training, medication as well as nutrition tipps and a memory game, the user has the possibility to use it on a daily basis and create a healthy habit with it.

I designed together with a team of programmers and project managers who had constant feedback from patients and caretakers. I used Adobe XD to do the layout, mockups and workflow.
