12. UnBox Cologne – Service Design
In a long-term cooperation with the city of Cologne, the Köln International School of Design create innovations in the area of Service Desing, that drive the digitization of administration and at the same time support a change in work culture.
During my Master Programm I took the class of Service Design and worked on this project. The focus here was the further development of the innovation space and future laboratory »ZuLa«. Specifically, the ZuLa user journey had to be consolidated and further developed with the help of a booking system.

Here not only the direct cooperation with the city of Cologne was experienced, but also the process of involving all stakeholders within the user-centered conception and design process up to the development of an implementable solution in the form of a dummy or mockup that could be tested.
It was a team work and within the team, I was deeply involved in the research and interview phase. Later we worked all together on the ideations of the app and contact modul for ZuLa and the user journey.
